Make a List?

This is in the category of “things I write to remember”.

One of Elaina’s favorite things to do is to “make a list”.  She often asks to do this with a fairly insistent, “Make a list?”

To me, her lists look a lot like scribbles.  They’re very important to her, and she’s pretty focused when making them, so maybe there’s more there than meets the eye.  I have several of Elaina’s lists in my notebooks, so maybe someday, once I decipher the code, I’ll be able to read her lists.  I’m betting there’s a lot about cookies and ice cream and Duck.
