Gachi

This is a "gachi" or Korean magpie. He's a bird, a little smaller than a crow, with a great voice. Many times out walking, we'd hear the gachi and look around for him. I've read that they're supposed to be good luck. All the same, our Korean tour guide seemed to think my preoccupation with the gachi was a little weird. I finally got this picture near the National Museum of Korea. One of these days, maybe I'll post about that. Until then, you get the gachi.
