We periodically audition new vegetables in an effort to find more veggies that Elaina likes. We all like edamame, so edamame salad seemed like a possibility.
Elaina wasn’t a fan: “I don’t like Ed the Mermaid Salad. I like plain salad with dress-up.”

Thanks. I tried to find an image to use for "Ed the Mermaid"...and I kind of wish I'd come up empty. None were quite what I had in mind.
All's well with us. Strange coincidence: I just bumped into your husband at the grocery store. Elaina was picking out a birthday cake for Heidi.
